Aperitif: Omi's local sake, Daiginjo

Appetizer: Deep-fried Urori shrimp, Shine Muscat grapes

Chrysanthemums with shaved ice

Appetizer: Biwa trout roe with soft-boiled egg, simmered umami, roasted ginkgo nuts

Marinated Uranchi and Mizuna, Persimmon Almond, Funa Sushi

Susuki burdock, Biwa trout fukusha grilled kosode sushi

Instead of a simmered dish, use earthenware pot steamed matsutake mushrooms and Omi shrimp

Conger eel, ginkgo nuts, matsutake mushroom, mitsuba (Japanese parsley), sudachi (citrus fruit)

Sashimi, Straw-beaten Biwa trout, Side dishes

Grilled dish: Charcoal grilled sweetfish roe, sudachi oranges, fig dengaku

Medium plate: Autumn eggplant, Lake Biwa wild eel, and burdock root
