Omi Kaiseki focuses on the unique climate of Shiga, home to Lake Biwa, and is prepared using only ingredients that are unique to Shiga Prefecture, including seafood from the lake, the bounty of the fields, the harvest of the rice paddies, fermented foods, wild game from the mountains, and Omi beef.Based on the traditions of Japanese cuisine, we strive to create original dishes that emphasize the sense of the season, pairing them with Omi tea, local sake, and wine.

Tankai Kaiseki
Aperitif: Amazake (warm)
Appetizer: Dried persimmon and rape blossoms dressed with sesame

Appetizer: Omi duck loin and Otafuku lily root
