Omi Kaiseki focuses on the unique climate of Shiga, home to Lake Biwa, and is prepared using only ingredients that are unique to Shiga Prefecture, including seafood from the lake, the bounty of the fields, the harvest of the rice paddies, fermented foods, wild game from the mountains, and Omi beef.Based on the traditions of Japanese cuisine, we strive to create original dishes that emphasize the sense of the season, pairing them with Omi tea, local sake, and wine.

Tankai Kaiseki
Aperitif: Cherry blossom liqueur
Appetizer: Clove-shaped gluten, red konjac with vinegared miso sauce, green onions, and cap shellfish.
Appetizer: Pickled ginger, marinated moroko fish in sweet and sour sauce
Broad bean, lily petal
Bracken and Yawata konjac salad with white vinegar dressing, cherry leaf sushi
Simmered butterbur and sansho pepper, duck breast, and a single cherry blossom.
