Appetizer: Moonlight lily root chawanmushi

Simmered dish bowl with thin kudzu sauce and burdock root soup

Karasumi mochi (smoked rice cake), tied mitsuba (Japanese parsley), new bamboo shoots, yuzu

Sashimi, various seafood, garnishes

Grilled food: Charcoal grilled Omi beef

Hot dish: Steamed Omi beef and turnip with thick bean paste

Vinegared dish, pressed cabbage, red and white pickled cauliflower

Biwa trout in vinegar sauce and salmon roe

Rice dish: Yoshikawa burdock rice, pickles

Dessert: Sake lees ice cream

Black bean pudding, black beans, kumquat
